Crayfish boil at Furholmen

Newly caught crayfish straight from the boat, waiting to be boiled. 
The shrimp is freshly boiled and kept in the fridge, ready to be served. That way, we have both of our greatest delicacies for the buffet table.

We prepare the boiling of the crayfish. Here we have a fisherman who knows exactly how it should be boiled
according to the best Bohuslän recipe and tradition. Nothing but salt and water! The proportions are important.
When the crayfish is fully boiled, it should cool down a little, but it is very hard to wait.
When served warm, it is an absolutely wonderful delicacy. Nothing beats this taste.
